- Mapping (Multimedia Approach to Profiles and Portfolios: INteractive Guidance - resources to help staff developers and lecturers create reflective portfolios to demonstrate their skills in & approach to teaching/training, research, administration & management in a variety of contexts (accreditation, promotion, continuous professional development).
- National Record of Achievement - used in schools & colleges, is likely to be superseded by Progress Files - 10 pilot projects until July 2002.

- Progress File - Achievement File - browser based suite of applications designed to assist individuals, from ages 12 to adult, plan &manage their own learning throughout their lives, developed by Continuing Education Gateway (Scotland).
- RAPID - Progress file - for the construction industry, recording achievement for professional & individual development.
- Reflecting on assessment - exercise to help in prioritising action to be taken as a result of tutor feedback, from Bradford College.
