Access to Learning Funds

If you get into financial difficulties while studying a higher education course, or you find yourself facing extra costs in completing your course, then you may be able to get help from your university or college's Access to Learning Fund.

The Access to Learning Fund (or the Financial Contingency Fund for students studying in Wales) provides extra money if you need help for your course or to stay in higher education. It can provide help if you are a student on a low income or in financial hardship.

More detailed information on help available from Access to Learning Funds can be found on the HERO website.
